In simple words marketing using technology is called digital marketing.

All kind of business can use digital marketing be it a small scale business, large organization or a new start-up.
In today’s competitive market traditional marketing is not sufficient. 72% of marketers believed that digital marketing will increase sales by 30% before 2018.
Digital marketing is a cost-effective process. It is believed that promotional activities through digital marketing reduce the expense by the huge margin in comparison to traditional marketing.

We all have heard about a FOOD PANDA food delivery app. So what this business basically do. It is connected to the customers through an app through which it receives orders.
Food panda does not possess any restaurants and cafes but it just takes the processed food from the prescribed restaurant to the ordered location.
Its entire business depends on the digital platform.
Other examples that are completely dependent on digital platform are Swiggy, Myntra, Ola, Jogo Auto etc.
