Skills are the most precious and worthiest element that one could have in his or her life. It makes a person much more intellectual and more confident to face the society. If a person has good skills in a specific area it could turn out to be a source of income. When you are in your growth stage with respect to your career it is advisable to invest in developing a skill rather spending it on something else. Skills will turn out to be more worthwhile.

Below are the few skills which would act as catalyst in your career.

1. COMMUNICATION SKILLS- It includes not just Speaking but Writing and Listening too.One should have the skill of efficient and effective communication. One’s communication skill help the other person in scrutinizing on the basis of speaking, listening, writing. Speaking is the way that message is clearly heard and acted upon. 2. ANALYTICAL AND RESEARCH SKILLS- One should think all the scenarios and analyze the problem and Situation and come with unique ideas and solution in time limit. If you are not able to give solution do more research to find and Deal with the situation. Having these two skill helps help us to differentiate from another employee.

3. FLEXIBILITY- Being a flexible means youare able to manage the change whether it is technological changes, management changes,working environment change so any change in rules and regulation. You should keep your mind calm to handle with
these changes.

4. ADAPTABILTY- It means that how much you are capable to adopt from one working environment to next, from one assignment to next. If you are able to adapt anything in terms of your job you will get success and growth for sure.

5.INTERPERSONAL ABILTIES- In the organization you have to work with others to achieve a goal. Ability to interact with other effectively. Be expressive with your thoughts, emotions and ideas. It means be helpful to other, ask for help without any hesitation, don’t criticize other and appreciate others.

6. SELF CONFICIDENCE- By self- confidence you able to convince other on your point. Firstly, you have to believe in yourself, abilities and skill only then you can make others believe in you.

7. NEGOTIATING SKILLS- It is undoubtedly one of the best skill that one could inculcate in his or herself. Negotiation skills come with time and regular practice in everyday life. It could be made sharper with your dedication and it will not only help in career building but also in day to day activities. One could save a lot of money and good win good deals if he or she have a good command over negotiating skills.

8. CREATIVITY- In order to grow and do the best of ability one should be creative enough that with each passing day the person is not just
succeeding but also getting creative. When a person is being creative he or she is making themselves different from the masses which would in turn result in achieving great success. Creativity leads to innovation and innovation leads to invention and invention leads to solving problem of the masses which ultimately leads to success. So, these were the few skills that you could inculcate in your lives in order to build a good career that would be fruitful for you and for people around you and ultimately the whole society.
