Challenges appear whenever there is change in our life. Many people resist change they do not want to break away from the normal routine they have become use to and try something different in their life .Challenges helps to cultivate more gratitude and compassion, it makes achievement even sweater.
“ACCEPT THE CHALLENGES
SO THAT YOU CAN FEEL
THE EXHILARATION OF VICTORY”
Imagine life without any challenges wouldnt it be boring , it’s like living life without any excitement. Infact challenges motivates us it’s brings something that we ourself aren’t aware off it makes us overcome our fear that we never knew actually existed .challenges prepare us for the best. A life without challenges would be so boring and restless . Here are some challenges that we need to deal with our life-:
“Smooth seas do not
Make skilful sailors”
- Your job:
Bad colleagues ? Challenges.
Arrogant boss ? A challenge.
Long hours? Another challenge.
Your job is NOT you!
Don’t ever identify yourself with your job. It’s dangerous to think your life is centered around what your colleagues say, what your boss is doing or the number of hours you put in. Don’t build your self-esteem on your would-be promotion either. Take it all as challenge. Try your hardest . do your best work, give your best . - Unfairness in life: Look, you can either start crying loudly and complaining about how unfair life is, or start taking control of your life entirely. Life isn’t unfair, screwed up or whatever. Things simply don’t go as planned. That’s life! And life will never stop giving you challenges. So stop
complaining. Take up the challenges . They will make you grow . Take full responsibility of HOW you see everything that comes your way and KEEP GROWING. - Positive Thinking: This is harder than most would think Shaping your thoughts can be an difficult task. It’s easy to go away in your head. It’s easy to start linking them with your emotions and then acting out impulsively. A strong person practices self-control in the head. Don’t identify your negative thoughts with you. So take your thoughts as challenges. Overcome them slowly and have patience with yourself. Always think positive. The positive thinker feels the intangible sees the invisible and achieves the impossible.
- Meeting people: This is for those who think they’re socially awkward and simply too anxious to get to know new people Stop fearing people! Don’t put them on a pedestal. It doesn’t matter if you feel like they’re judging you because that’s not your problem. Leave behind , the way others look at you it doesn’t even matter either Take them as challenges and PROVE THEM WRONG . This is the point YOU overcome the challenge and YOU get to decide if they’re a right fit for you or not.
- Yourself: Whatever problems you think you have, whatever it is you’ve gone through, whatever you’re going through right now. You’re a challenge by itself. keep pushing yourself , keep growing and prepare youself for the best. Don’t be complacent, Don’t be slugish. You’re always growing as time moves forward. You might as well make the best of it and keep challenging yourself to be better. And you meet a better or may be best version of yourself; a better life awaits you.
- Toxic people: Be it your annoying friends, abusive partner or arrogant boss, take them as challenges. They aren’t people who’re better than you. They don’t have secret agendas where in their sole aim in life is to put you down. They’re nothing but obstacles. This is where you need to See your interacting works with their interaction and learn and study the human behaviour. This is how you sift out toxic people and start attracting the right ones instead. So don’t be too disheartened by such people. Just see them as challenges. Challenges in life are something that makes us grow . its about finding and knowing yourself each time. If you really want to make the most out of your life, print these two words in the script of your approach to life: “challenge yourself!” Without challenges life isn’t worth living
“CHALLENGES are what
make life intresting .
overcoming them is what
makes them MEANINGFUL”
