Group task – Teamwork is an important pillar for achieving goals. It is the combined action of the whole group which affects our goals whether it is good or bad. It is a collaborative effort of a team to achieve a common goal. A team is a group in which every individual gets to work with the team as a whole and work for a common goal.
Building trust -in teamwork each and every individual work and trust themselves and our teammates. If there are some issues or mistakes happen they stand by one another. Each and every person work and show their own work and do it to the best of their abilities. This thing helps to build trust because if we work in a team trust plays a very crucial role for every individual.

Equality – In teamwork, we divide the task proportionately among team members, so in this way, there is no biasness among team members. We need to understand where there is overlap and plan ahead to work together on those points because sometimes those overlapping points make a very bad impact on our goals. It seems to be good for our goals.
Stages of Team Development
- Forming -This is the first step in developing a team. In this, they made basic rules and regulations for team members. At the time of formation, nobody knows each other.T hey all are strangers.
- Storming -after forming some individual start communicate with each other but they all were treated as they are individuals and work alone.
- Norming – In the third step, there is some progress in building team relation now individuals feel that they are part of a team and start communicating with each other without hesitation.
- Performing -In the fourth stage teamwork as a whole and building trusting atmosphere, now at this stage flexibility occurs.
- Adjourning -In Last stage Roles and recognizing members contributions assessment is done by team and plan are made accordingly

Communication
We need to communicate time to time with our team members because sometimes very virtuous ideas come into their minds which help to satisfy our goal. In a teamwork, it is very important to support and respect one another and always remember that petty jealousy, prejudice or irrelevant gossips will undermine the team. It creates a very bad impact on our unity.

We need to share the goals of the team and works towards them. If you complete what you need to do, then offer to help a colleague with the different task. It is very important to recognize the skills or talents of our team member and use them in a best possible manner. The talents of our teammates were used in further projects. In that way, our whole team will look like a dignitary.

- Slack – As we know communication is very important for our whole performance so it is software which communicates with the team. To exchange the ideas very easily this software can be very helpful for that. It is a virtual workplace that covers all the communication needs.
- Mind Mister–for sharing our new ideas we have an online technique that is mind mister in this we share our ideas with new mind maps.we can share our beautiful maps with your colleagues and cooperate with our team members.
- Concept board – if you want to manage both workflows in the team and share your progress to management then we use concept board technique.which is also known as whiteboard technique.it is a web-based tool it helps you to visualize your project.
- Migle – this is a planning tool software which is helpful to achieving our goal. proper planning is necessary to organize work for our team members. This tool helps you to organize work across team and projects.
- One person can not do great things in a business it is done by a team of people.
- Teamwork accomplishes the fruitful result.
- We never doubt on a small group these thoughtful, faithful people can change the world.if they work as a whole. We never are overconfident if our team is winning .be careful about we can not make our heart soft because always ready for a hard time, the most amazing thing in teamwork is that you always have others on your side.

People who show talent they win games whereas the ones who work in team win championships. wonderful things can be achieved when there are teamwork and collaboration.

Situational leadership is mainly called teamwork. Letting that person which is relevant in core competency for a situation take leadership. It’s good to be individually brilliant and to have strong core competencies but unless you are able to work in a team and harness each other core competencies.
